Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Conditions
Your orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
Depending on the courier company, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
All orders are shipped via our contracted courier partners.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order on our website either as a guest or by creating an account.
Creating an account allows you to benefit from exclusive offers and member-only advantages.
To place an order:
- Go to the product page
- Select your preferred color and size
- Click on “Add to Cart”
- Click the cart icon at the top right corner
- Enter your shipping and payment details
- Complete your order
Which shipping company will deliver my order?
All orders are shipped via our contracted courier companies.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee will be clearly displayed before checkout in your cart.
What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is successfully received:
- You will receive an order confirmation email
- Your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible
- Orders are dispatched within up to 3 business days after confirmation
If your order includes a pre-order item, the shipping timeline will be specified on the product page.
Once your package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Payments can be made securely via credit card.
How can I track my order?
You can track your orders by logging into your account and visiting:
“My Account” → “My Orders” → “Details”
What should I check upon delivery?
Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier.
If you suspect any damage:
- Open and check the package before accepting it
- Request a damage report from the courier
- Do not accept the package if the product is damaged
Once the package is accepted, it is considered that the courier has fulfilled their responsibility.

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Agreement is executed between the following parties under the terms and conditions set forth below:

By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER agrees in advance that they will be obliged to pay the total order amount, including shipping fees and applicable taxes, upon confirming the order.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
- Ministry: Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey
- Law: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
- Regulation: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188)
- Service: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods
- Seller: The company offering goods or services
- Buyer: The individual or legal entity purchasing goods/services for non-commercial purposes
- Site: www.vachtmoda.com
- Orderer: The person placing an order via the website
- Product/Goods: Movable goods and digital products
3. Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations.
All listed prices on the website are sales prices. These prices remain valid until updated.

7. Product Information
The main characteristics of the product(s) (type, quantity, model, color, etc.) are available on the website.
Prices listed include all taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.
8. Invoice Information
Invoice details will be delivered together with the order to the specified billing address.
9. General Provisions
- The BUYER confirms that they have read and understood all product details, pricing, and delivery information before completing the order.
- Products will be delivered within the legal period of 30 days, depending on location.
- The SELLER agrees to deliver the product complete and in accordance with specifications.
- If fulfillment becomes impossible, the BUYER will be notified within 3 days and refunded within 14 days.
- If payment is not completed or canceled, the SELLER is not obliged to deliver the product.
- The BUYER must inspect the product upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
- The SELLER may request additional verification in case of suspected fraud.
- The BUYER agrees to provide accurate personal information and comply with all legal regulations.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
To exercise this right:
- A written notification must be sent via email or other communication channels within 14 days
- The product must be unused and in original condition
Upon valid withdrawal:
- The product must be returned with invoice and accessories
- The SELLER will refund the total amount within 10 days
- The SELLER will collect the returned product within 20 days
If the product value decreases due to misuse, the BUYER is responsible for compensation.
11. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products customized upon request
- Underwear and hygiene-sensitive items
- Opened cosmetic products
- Perishable goods
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Products whose packaging has been opened
12. Default and Legal Consequences
If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, they agree to comply with their bank’s terms and accept any applicable interest and legal consequences.
13. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the limits defined by Turkish law.
14. Enforcement
By completing the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
