Returns & Exchanges
Warranty & Return Conditions
All our products are covered under our company’s warranty.
To ensure warranty validity, please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the package and request a damage report from the courier.
Any alterations, deformations, or changes made to the original form of the product will void the warranty and return eligibility.
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 business days, provided that the return conditions are met.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned complete and in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging (tags, pins, bags, etc.).
- The product must be unused and suitable for resale
- No stains, tears, damage, or alterations should be present
- The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during shipping
For cosmetic products (such as perfumes), the packaging must be unopened.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear products are not eligible for return or exchange.
If no information regarding your request is included in the returned package, it will be processed as a standard return.
Return Shipping
Our system does not automatically generate a return shipping label.
Returns can only be sent to our warehouse address.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit your nearest Sürat Kargo branch
- Provide the return code: XXXXXX
- Send your package free of charge
After shipping your return, please email the following details to:
info@vachtmoda.com
- Shipping receipt
- Your order number
- The product(s) you are returning
⚠️ Please make sure to use the correct return address.
If you choose to send your return via a different courier, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer. However, if you provide a valid receipt or invoice, the shipping fee will be refunded to your bank account.
Return Process
Once your product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected for compliance with return conditions.
- If approved, your return will be processed within 2–10 business days
- If not approved, the product will be sent back to you
Refund processing time depends on your bank.
For installment payments, refunds are issued to your bank in full, and your bank will return the amount to your credit card in installments based on your original payment plan.
Campaign & Shipping Policy
- If campaign conditions are still met after a return, the campaign remains valid
- If conditions are no longer met, the discount will be canceled and deducted from the refund
- For orders with free shipping, if the remaining amount falls below the campaign threshold, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
Exchange Process
If you would like to request an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@vachtmoda.com with the subject line: Exchange Request
- Include your order number
- Attach images of the product and all package contents
If requesting a size exchange, please specify the desired size.
If requesting a different product, please specify the product name and size.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
